We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you can easily return the item you purchased (including reduced items) within 30 days of receiving them.
Please complete the enclosed exchange and return form and tell us why you want to return the item.
Put the completed form as well as the item you wish to return back into the parcel.
Ensure the parcel is adequately secured and attach the return label to the parcel.
Take your parcel to the parcel service indicated on the return label.
You will receive confirmation once we have received your parcel.
All confirmed returns will be immediately refunded to the original cardholder or account holder in the same currency as the purchase.
Should you wish to withdraw from the contract of sale, there are two ways to do this:
1. CANCELLATION BY RETURN
You can withdraw from the contract of sale by returning the products directly for up to 30 days after the day of delivery.
2. CANCELLATION IN WRITING OR BY TELEPHONE
You can withdraw from the contract of sale by submitting this request to us in writing, by email, fax, letter, or by telephone within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We recommend that you do this via our form. Please return the items to us within 14 days.
The right to return only applies to unworn, unwashed and faultless items which still have their labels attached.
Returns must be in one shipment. Therefore, should you wish to return multiple items, they must be returned to labaxetta in a single shipment.
Return shipment is carried out by the shipping providers who delivered the parcel.
We can only accept return shipments from the respective country of delivery. For example, if the shipment was sent to Germany, the return shipment may also only be initiated from Germany. Otherwise, returns will unfortunately not be free of charge and you will be charged for import and delivery duties.
Once we have received your returned item, we will contact you via email about the credit to be issued. The refund will be made immediately. Please note:
We will use the same method of payment used to make the purchase for the refund.
We will use the same currency used to make the purchase for the refund.
The debited amount is always refunded to the buyer and cardholder or account holder.
If the returned item was purchased using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.
This repayment time depends upon the payment method or credit card used.
If you made your purchase using a promotional voucher, you will be refunded the actual amount you paid after applying the voucher. The promotional voucher then becomes invalid.
If you made your purchase using a promotional voucher and return part of your order, you will receive a partial refund in proportion to the value of the voucher.
