COVID-19

We work constantly to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, suppliers and service providers. We follow all of the precautionary and safety measures prescribed by local authorities and follow the recommendations of the World Health Organisation (WHO). Unfortunately, regional hold-ups can occur due to the current situation and so extend the delivery time by a few days in the short term.
Ordering & payment

You can also place your order with labaxetta without a personal account. Click on the “shopping bag” button to access the “checkout” option. Simply enter your delivery details, specify the payment method and confirm your order.

You will find the “Forgotten your password?” option under “Account”. Please enter your current e-mail here. You will immediately receive an e-mail from labaxetta with a link you can click on to reset your password. You can then create a new password under “Account information” so that you can log back in right away.

A personal customer account allows you to enjoy the benefit of staying in contact with labaxetta at any time. Simply click on “Account” on the menu bar of the homepage and select “Register”. For your personal customer account, you will only provide your name, a current e-mail address and a password you select. You can change these data at any time online. Of course we will treat your data as confidential, protect them in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and will not transfer them to third parties.

Log into labaxetta with your e-mail and your personal password (Account). “Account information” will take you to an overview. Here, you can edit and change your private details at any time.

Unfortunately, your order cannot be changed once you have placed it as it is processed automatically. If you would like to purchase additional items, you can easily place a further order in our online shop. If you would like to return items, you can find further information under returns.

Unfortunately, your order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return your order within 30 days.

Register for our newsletter to get exclusive vouchers. To redeem a voucher, enter it in the relevant field in the shopping basket. You can use only one voucher per order. If the code shows as invalid, check the date of the offer and the categories for which the code can be used. You will receive this information in our newsletter.

Prices and payment

For all payment methods except for the Klarna instalment option, the selected account/credit card is charged directly on completion of purchase.

Possible payment methods depend on where you live as well as your desired country of delivery. All payment options will be displayed when you are placing your order.

Please understand that labaxetta reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods depending on the results of verifying your data (identity check and credit check).

Payment by credit card

labaxetta accepts the following credit cards:

  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

In order to pay with a credit card you need to provide the 16 digit card number, the validity period and the security code known as the CSC/CVC. On VISA and Mastercard the security code is the three digits located on the back of the card next to the signature field.

We will charge your credit card immediately after the order process has been completed.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, quickly and easily. For payments using PayPal, labaxetta will automatically redirect you to the PayPal site at the end of the payment process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can sign in using your PayPal user data and confirm the payment. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can open a PayPal account during the order process and subsequently confirm payment.

After concluding your order you will receive an e-mail confirming its receipt. You can find more information about PayPal at http://www.paypal.de.

Your PayPal account will be charged immediately after the order process has been completed.

To select Amazon Pay as your payment method, simply click on the Amazon Pay button or the corresponding button. Next, provide your e-mail address and your Amazon password and select your payment method and delivery address to conclude your purchase.

Take the following steps to pay with Apple Pay:

In order to pay on your iPhone or iPad, select Apple Pay when you reach the checkout and confirm payment with Face ID or Touch ID.

In order to pay in Safari on your MacBook, select Apple Pay and confirm payment with your iPhone or Apple Watch. Pay via the Touch ID on the Touch Bar on MacBook Pros.

If you select Google Pay as your payment method, simply click on the Google Pay button or the corresponding interface.
Select a payment method and provide your delivery address.
Now confirm your labaxetta order.

KLARNA pay now is a direct bank transfer that is connected to your online banking data.

Select your country and your bank. Log in with your online banking details. This information will be sent to your bank in encrypted form.

Some banks will send an additional confirmation PIN to your smartphone. Each PIN must be used once to verify your transaction.

As soon as the bank transfer is successful labaxetta will receive a confirmation and immediately release the order.

If you conclude an instalment purchase over a fixed term (3, 6 or 12 months), the total amount of your purchases will be evenly distributed over the selected term. The purchases will be added to your flexible instalment purchase and you will receive only one monthly statement for all instalment purchases you make. The interest rate for a fixed instalment purchase is 9.99% p.a.

Of course we will treat your data as confidential, protect them in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and will not transfer them to third parties.

If you select purchase on account, you can shop now and pay for your purchase within 14 days of the time of the dispatch of your order. The purchase on account is processed via Klarna. You will not incur any fees for paying with this payment method as long as you pay within the period of 14 days.

Availability and authenticity of items

labaxetta stands for excellence in fashion. In the labaxetta shop you will only find premium fashion from Italy that our designers have created for you and that we craft by hand ourselves. Our creations meet the highest quality standards and are delivered to your home in the original packaging.

You can tell if an item is available by the note under the button “Add to shopping bag” on the respective product page, which also gives you information about the expected delivery time.

labaxetta stands for 100% MADE IN ITALY - from the first idea of our designers through production to dispatch. To ensure the usual high quality of our goods, we work exclusively with small manufacturers in Italy.

Shipment, taxes & fees

labaxetta shipping costs vary depending on the country. You will find detailed information on shipping costs for your selected delivery country in the menu bar under “Delivery information”.

At present, labaxetta does not offer express deliveries.

“As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you receive an email with the dispatch confirmation and further details about the delivery. Labaxetta accepts no responsibility for unforeseeable delays that lie outside of the control of Labaxetta. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except on Italian bank holidays (1 and 6 January, Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8, 25 and 26 December).  Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. The signature of an adult is required on delivery.”

Yes, your order is ensured by the shipping service provider.

As soon as your ordered items are dispatched, you receive a confirmation email with a link to the courier who is dealing with your order.

Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

All orders are sent from our Italian logistics centre.

Returns & refunds

We guarantee: You can return all or individual items purchased (including reduced merchandise) to us within 30 days without any problems.  

It’s very easy:  

Fill out exchange and return form: Enter the reason for return for all items you wish to return.  

Place the completed form and the return items in your parcel box.  

Please seal this box carefully and affix the return label.  

Call our delivery service provider, FedEx, to arrange an individual pickup date. The list below will tell you which country number to use for your country:

If there is a FedEx store near you, you can of course post the package there in person. As soon as we receive the package, we will send you a confirmation.  

All confirmed returns will be immediately refunded to the original card or account holder in the same currency as the purchase.  

At labaxetta returns are free of charge, regardless of the value of the items. Use the original packaging and the included returns sticker for your return. If you no longer have these, you can generate new ones here (link). To do so, you will only need your order number.

Refunds on vouchers are made after receipt of the returned goods.  In any case, 14 days at the latest after receipt of returns. Please take into account the processing time by banks and credit institutions as well as national bank holidays.

The credit for your return will always be booked to the same payment method that you used to pay. Refunds to another payment method are not possible.

Returns can be made within 30 days of the delivery date by sending back your items by courier to the address given on the returns label.
